Scope of Services: Our interior design firm provides services including consultations, design concepts, space planning, material selection, and project management. Any additional services will be agreed upon in writing.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate information, timely responses, and access to the premises. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated promptly.
Fees and Payment: Fees for services will be outlined in a written agreement. Payment terms are specified in the agreement, with invoices due upon receipt.
Intellectual Property: All designs, drawings, and materials remain the intellectual property of our firm until payment is received in full. Clients may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
Project Timelines: We strive to meet agreed-upon timelines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.
Warranties and Liability: We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from third-party products or services.
Cancellation and Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients may be responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued.
Privacy Policy: We respect client confidentiality and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Updates to Terms: These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes.
